This happens at times, but, naturally, we can't expect this to happen too often. As mentioned, the system will generate 10 units profit for each run that has 4 wins, whenever they occur.
For instance, a sequence of L L W L L L W W L L L W has 4 wins, making 10 units profit.
Another example can be W L L L W L W L L L L W, etc.
You can have more losses than wins within a run, that happens naturally based on the odds of the game. Nevertheless it's enough to have 4 wins and the run closes with 10 units profit at any event.

This is simply by betting on B (Black). Every End of Run, designated as E, generates 10 units.
Here we see 5 End of Runs, thus 50 units profit are generated within 42 spins.
Since every win here is a Black, there were 20 Blacks, divided by 4, are 5 runs of 10 units.
Counting all the L's (Losses), with the exception of one zero, the L for a Black is a W (win) for a Red, there are 22 Reds. That means that if someone was betting on Red instead, there would be 22/4 = 5.5 winning runs of 10 units, generating another 55 units betting on Red only.
Between spins 13-20, all decisions are Red. That's 8 wins in a row, or 20 units right there.
Bringing a friend to the casino with you, him/her betting on Red and you betting on Black, you would generate 100 units together in 5 runs using the same system.
Betting either Red or Black, or any other even bet in Roulette, in 15,000 spins, 1,787 runs are completed generating 17,870 units per each even bet in Roulette.
Very rarely, we see some escalating runs, where we can deduct 2,870 units from the total, by abandoning some runs, having thus a profit of 15,000 units for 15,000 spins, 1 unit per spin per even bet as mentioned.
